What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
The aestthetic of the app, how simple it is to do everything and if the app have mutitple functions (ex : insta -> message, see friends lifes, mini videos, post pictures, etc..)

What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
This is the most basic answer but obviously quality and also the visual. The quality doesnt need to be the best of the best but atleats it need to do what it says it does. The visual is really important. Plenty of products get popular only because of how they look even though the quality is not even that good. People like what is pretty.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Make them realize the consequences on the compagnie of their actions. People often just think that if they do not do want they are suppose to it is just going to affect them and they don't really care about it. By making them realize how their little actions can have effects on everyone can help to make sure they do their tasks on time. I'll also send them reminders so they don't forget.
