What's a time when you failed at something but through grit and determination became successful at it?
In grade 2, I wanted to join the school choir and I knew that I sounded like a goat but I still went to the music teacher and tried convincing him to select me but he refused. So I annoyed my teacher to the extent that he had no other way than to select me. Happy Ending.
*He eventually kicked me out of the choir but at least I succeeded even if it was just a few months. My father talked to him at the Parent-Teacher Conference and then I was again in the choir.
* I also practiced a lot but still my sound was no good.
