Honestly, the same steps as identifying bugs as zI mentioned before. I test the required thing on multiple devices (phone, desktop, MacBook, iPad) multiple times. I would also try on different wifi's if possible (for instance, at college on the college wifi, cellular, home wifi, library, etc.)
