Describe a time you adapted quickly to new information in a project.
During the last event, in which I assisted and coordinated, we had a last minute request made by the event organiser to change part of the schedule to adapt to the needs of the photographers; Part of my job was coordinate, gather up and inform the people involved, and try to make it as seamless as possible to avoid any disturbances. All of the above happening in a timeframe of no more than 20 minutes.
