One of my biggest strengths is that I’m not afraid to approach or engage with anyone, which makes it easy for me to connect with customers and create a positive and welcoming experience.

How do you create a great first impression at an event?
I create strong first impressions by connecting with people beyond surface-level small talk and bringing genuine energy into conversations. Being outgoing helps, but what really makes people feel comfortable is simple psychology—smiling, giving sincere compliments, and making others feel seen. One psychology tip I’ve learned is that people remember how you make them feel more than what you say, so I focus on listening just as much as I talk. That mindset has made it easier for me to form not only great first impressions, but lasting ones.
