A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
I would start of by acknowledging and empathizing for having a less than satisfactory experience with us. Then I will investigate the reasons so that I can provide solutions for it. Take responsibility and follow up with them in personal chat. This ensures that the customer feels that their voice is heard, and as a company that we care.
