A non-work-related interest that has helped me professionally is my background in hospitality from my time as a hostess. Handling diverse customer needs and multitasking helped me become more adaptable and effective in managing team projects and client interactions.

What's Your favorite project you've worked on and why? (ex. what were the steps involved? Did you collaborate with others? What roadblocks did you run into and how did you solve them?)
One of my favorite projects was developing a marketing strategy for Glossier with my team. We began by analyzing Glossier’s strengths and competitors’ strategies, then collaborated to brainstorm ideas around influencer partnerships, sustainability, and product expansion. Balancing innovation with Glossier’s brand image was challenging, but teamwork helped us refine our ideas. After several rounds of feedback, we developed a strategy focused on new product lines, enhancing online shopping, and eco-friendly packaging. This experience taught me the value of strategic creativity and effective collaboration in overcoming challenges.4o
