What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
Most brands especially older brands are not able to communicate with the younger audience. I have also noticed that their platforms are stagnant and have not changed; in other words, they aren’t any easier to use. Also in this day and age, if the platform doesn’t look good (aka aesthetically pleasing) people aren’t as attracted to it.

Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.
An important feature that would aid resume builders is a filter/ generator that gives them suggestions for tasks that may be associated with their past work experience. Resumed builders may forget or be unsure how to word certain tasks they may have completed while working that specific job; a “suggested task” generator may aid with aforementioned difficulty.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Currently, my favorite streaming platform is Peacock. Mostly because it is incredibly affordable for everyone, and gives you access to hundreds of relevant shows and movies, as well as originals. Most importantly, it is one of the best not platforms that live streams the World Cup games and also gives you access to past games as well! Everyone in my house LOVES it!
