How would you show the benefits of a nutritious snack like Skyr in a video?
I would show the benefits by including Skyr into a real moment in my day, like make a quick smoothie before heading out to a workout or in between classes. I'd shortly talk show that it's high in protein and it's a great way to stay fueled through the day. I'd also show how easy and convenient the snack is, so viewers can see how it can naturally be implemented into their routine.

Which platform do you prefer for content creation and why?
I prefer creating content on TikTok and Youtube because both platforms allow me to connect to my audience differently. Tiktok allows me to show snippets of my day real time. While Youtube allows me to show longer and more in depth videos like vlogs so my audience can get to know me more. Using both platforms helps me create entertaining and relatable content while building a connection with my viewers.
