How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
Gen Z individuals don't want to work a 9 to 5 just to barely make it over the poverty line. We are interested in outside-the-box jobs that create consistent revenue, working around our schedules and needs. Desk jobs are out, influencing is in, and Gen Z wants financial freedom and retirement as soon as possible by whatever means posssible.
