Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
Being part of the Adolescent storytelling community has given me the opportunity to build relationships with so many incredible creators across different fields. One experience that stands out was working on a collaborative project where I connected with writers, visual artists, and digital strategists to bring a story to life. Through brainstorming sessions, feedback exchanges, and shared creative energy, I formed genuine connections with people who inspire me. It reinforced the importance of collaboration—not just for the work itself, but for the sense of community it builds. I’ve learned that strong relationships come from mutual support, curiosity, and a willingness to uplift each other’s voices.

Have you had sales or account management experience?
Yes, I’ve had experience managing accounts, particularly when working with my Zine's ("Estrozine") brand partnerships. I’ve been solely responsible for tracking inquiries, responding to potential collaborators, Including Adolescent.net and managing the workflow from initial communication to final deliverables. While I haven't specifically worked in a traditional sales role, I've handled the marketing side of things—creating content and strategizing to increase engagement and visibility, which directly influences growth and conversions. Through this, I’ve developed strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain relationships while ensuring everything aligns with my brand and the collaborative brands vision.
