What interests you about wellness and hormone health?
Wellness and hormone health are deeply personal to me. Living with IBS and endometriosis has made me very aware of how much hormones and gut health affect energy levels, mood, digestion, and overall quality of life. I’ve spent years learning how nutrition, lifestyle habits, and science-backed supplements can support balance in the body, and that experience has made me genuinely passionate about this space. What interests me most is how empowering education can be. When people understand what’s happening in their bodies and have access to clean, research-driven products, they can make choices that truly improve how they feel day to day. That’s why I’m excited about BOND’s mission—offering science-backed, hormone-supporting supplements in a setting like Whole Foods allows for meaningful conversations with shoppers who are already thinking about wellness. Because I’ve personally experienced the impact of hormone imbalance, I can speak about wellness in an authentic and empathetic way while also confidently sharing the benefits of products designed to help people feel balanced and bloat-free.

How do you connect with new people in a retail setting?
In a retail setting, I connect with new people by starting with something genuine and personal—often a thoughtful compliment on what they’re wearing or a piece of jewelry they’ve chosen. It immediately creates a positive interaction and opens the door for conversation. Most people naturally share where it’s from or the story behind it, which helps build rapport in an authentic way.
From there, I listen closely and look for a natural bridge into a shared experience or interest. This makes the interaction feel conversational rather than transactional. In a setting like Whole Foods, that connection makes it much easier to introduce BOND in a way that feels relevant and helpful—whether that’s talking about wellness goals, hormone balance, or feeling less bloated day-to-day.
By leading with warmth, curiosity, and active listening, I’m able to create a comfortable environment where shoppers feel seen, heard, and genuinely interested in trying the product.
