Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
One time I was waiting on a line for a doctor's appointment and a few meters from there was an old lady having an argument with a nurse. From what I heard, the nurse didn't wanted to show her where were the bathrooms located. I approached to both of them and offered taking the old lady to the bathroom by myself; after that I missed my place on the line, but I was happy to help her.
