For me there are various criteria that needs to be taking into account when reviewing a product, that aboards as much as basic user experience, in how intuitively and easy the product is to use, as well as its utility and comfortability; and its user interface, aboarding how it is related to the visual impact it gives to the audience it is intended to and the satisfaction that they get with the product that resembles the company's brand.
