Being a woman who suffered from polycystic ovaries, having a mother in transition to menopause and who is very involved in healthy consumption to alleviate these pains that come with being a woman, the first thing I would do if I feel that I do not like the product is to communicate directly with the company, share that I did not like it/it worked and follow the instructions given to me by the brand.
