How would you approach a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?

I’d focus on creating content that speaks directly to the hesitations people often have, mainly around taste, texture, and cost. I’d share relatable Reels and TikToks showing real people going from skeptics to fans, like blind taste tests or “I thought allergen-free meant…” myth-busting carousels. I'd also post content like “3 reasons you’ll love this even if you don't have food allergies,” and use interactive story stickers (like “🍪 for a discount”) to drive engagement and conversions.

In comments and DMs, I’d lean into a casual, friendly tone, acknowledging the hesitation and offering no-pressure ways to try the product, like personalized recommendations or first-time discount codes. If someone says they’ve had a bad experience with similar products, I’d respond with empathy and confidence: “We’ve heard that too, and that’s exactly why we made this.” By combining social proof, direct engagement, and fun, low-risk offers, I’d build trust and curiosity while turning skepticism into a sale.
