I’ve been a campaign manager for multiple companies and I would be happy to share examples! I’ve done several holiday occasion jewelry related campaigns and some health related ones for local clinics.

Honestly? By using them. I also like to look and see what big companies in whatever a given space are doing and try to be one step ahead.
