Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.
I think one of the best ways to source new creators is through the use of hashtags. Whether pager creates a company hashtag, or if interns search through #influencer on different social media platforms, hashtags are a great way to find fresh, new faces to support marketing and growth efforts. In addition, I believe that LinkedIn is an avenue that isn't always thought about but can lead to great results. Many content creators have certain niches that would be great for pager, and finding content creators on LinkedIn may be a great way to source new creators. A final avenue I would take is curating an algorithm that shows content similar to that of content creators pager is looking for. Event though this is the most time consuming avenue to take, it may lead to great results, because it can become specific to what and who the brand is looking for in talented content creators.
