obsessed is not a big enough of a word when it comes to mouth hygiene and evianna! My favorite health hack right now is oil pulling. I’ve never been one to randomly implement routines but I’ve noticed a huge change and now I can’t go without it. I do it in the morning when I do my makeup and at night when I do my curly hair routine. It actually helps me measure time. Another one is to cut my whitening strips in half so my teeth don’t feel sensitive (plus they last longer)
