What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I believe many brands are attempting to connect with their changing audience on a superficial level, without addressing what is needed by the audience. Brands have to be consistently engaging with their audience, especially with the gen-z audience. If possible, go live on social media (on a schedule) to interact with questions and comments. This will allow brands to gauge what is trending/relevant, to what is not. Assess the activity across all social media platforms, and dissect any patterns.
