do you have experience analyzing sales data?

I haven’t directly worked with formal sales data, but I have experience observing patterns and outcomes to make decisions that impact sales and engagement. For example, during my internship at MmaOlive Natural Hair Salon, I noticed which products were more popular with clients and which promotions generated interest, and I used those insights to suggest content and strategies that better supported customer engagement. This experience taught me to pay attention to trends and feedback, which is a foundational skill for analyzing sales data.

Describe your experience collaborating with sales teams.

While I haven’t formally worked on a sales team, I have collaborated in ways that support sales-related activities. For example, during my internship at MmaOlive Natural Hair Salon, I assisted with client consultations, guided customers on product choices, and helped create content and messaging that promoted products effectively. These experiences required clear communication, understanding customer needs, and aligning messaging to drive engagement, which are all skills that translate well to collaborating with sales teams.

How would you boost retail product visibility with limited resources?

With limited resources, I would focus on high-impact, low-cost strategies to boost retail product visibility. This could include leveraging social media by creating engaging posts and using trending audio, hashtags, and captions to reach the target audience, collaborating with micro-influencers or campus ambassadors to extend reach, and directly engaging with customers through in-person demos or interactive promotions. I’d also optimize existing channels, like WhatsApp groups, campus networks, and community connections, to generate organic interest and word-of-mouth buzz. The key is to combine creativity, personal engagement, and strategic use of free or low-cost platforms to maximize visibility without heavy spending.
