Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?

When monitoring booking data for one of our Med Spa clients, I noticed a significant drop in conversions that concerned me. I took initiative to dive deeper into the website analytics to identify potential causes. Through my data analysis, I discovered user experience issues in the booking process that were causing customers to abandon their purchases. I didn't just stop at identifying the problem, I gathered additional data by directly reaching out to users to understand their specific pain points during the booking process. Using this combined data from analytics and user feedback, I was able to pinpoint exactly where customers were getting confused. I then collaborated with the client to redesign their booking flow based on the data insights I'd gathered. The result was a measurable improvement in booking conversions, which directly impacted their revenue. This experience taught me how important it is to not just collect data, but to actively analyze it for actionable insights that can solve real business problems. Additionally, I regularly compile and analyze social media performance data to create comprehensive monthly reports for all our agency clients, helping them understand their ROI.

In my most recent position, i've developed strong customer service skills by serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries across multiple platforms. I regularly respond to customer DMs, address concerns, and resolve issues while maintaining our brand voice and ensuring client satisfaction. This has taught me to handle sensitive situations effectively and respond promptly to maintain positive relationships.

On the executive assistant side, I provide comprehensive administrative support to our agency, including gathering and analyzing social media performance data to create detailed end-of-month reports for all clients. I also manage email correspondence and coordinate client communications.
