Success for a social media account means achieving strong customer engagement, such as likes, comments, shares, and messages. It also includes growing the follower base, increasing brand awareness, and driving specific actions like website visits or sales. I measure success by tracking these key metrics using analytics tools and evaluating how well the content connects with and motivates the audience. Ultimately, success is when the account builds a loyal, active community that supports the brand’s goals.

Can you walk us through a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?

One successful social media campaign I managed was for my high school’s track and field team. As the logo designer and content creator, I developed a campaign around new team merchandise featuring the logos I designed. I created engaging social media posts showcasing the gear and shared stories highlighting athletes’ dedication and achievements. By using eye-catching visuals and timely posts before meets, we boosted merchandise sales and increased team spirit. The campaign not only promoted the team but also strengthened community support and engagement.
