Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience

Yeah, I’ve sold things both online and in person. One example is when I sold clothes and accessories on Depop. I was in charge of taking photos, writing product descriptions, pricing, and messaging with buyers. I learned pretty quickly how important presentation is—good lighting, clear photos, and an honest but catchy description made a big difference in getting attention. It also taught me a lot about marketing, even on a small scale—like understanding what people were searching for, timing posts when engagement was high, and being responsive to messages to build trust. Even though it was small, it gave me a real feel for how to connect with people and make a product stand out.

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?

My video creation process usually starts with scrolling through TikTok or Instagram to see what’s trending—especially sounds, formats, or funny ideas that people are loving. I think about how I can make it fit the brand or message I’m working with, and try to add something unique or relatable to it. Once I have the idea, I plan out the shots or text I’ll need, then film and edit using apps like CapCut or even just my phone’s built-in tools. I make sure the first few seconds grab attention, and I try to keep the pacing tight so people stay watching. Inspiration usually just comes from watching what people are into and asking, “How can I make this work for my content?” I like to keep things fun, quick, and true to the audience.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?

One piece of content I created that got more engagement than usual was a short-form video that played off a trending sound on TikTok, but with a creative twist tailored to the brand’s personality. I added captions, used fast-paced cuts, and included a relatable scenario that the target audience connected with. I think it worked so well because it was timely, visually engaging, and felt authentic—not overly polished. It also encouraged viewers to comment and share their own similar experiences, which boosted engagement even more.
