How would you describe your personal experience with a wellness supplement?
It's been hit or miss, I've tried a few but the hardest part is staying consistent when you're not sure if it's actually doing anything. If I don't notice a difference within a reasonable amount of time, it's hard to stay motivated to keep taking it. I'd love to try something where the results are actually noticeable.

How do you stay creative when making videos?
I pull inspiration from my everyday life, if something catches my eye during a morning kayak or a pilates class, I'll think about how to translate that feeling into content. I also scroll a lot to see what's resonating, but I try not to copy trends directly. Mostly I just ask myself: would I actually stop and watch this?

What’s your go-to morning routine?
Honestly, my morning starts whether I'm ready or not, my cat makes sure of that. After that it's either a pilates session or getting out on the water for a kayak, depending on the weather. It's the kind of routine that actually makes me want to get up in the morning.
