Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
Last year, I had the opportunity to assist Mrs. Johnson, a 75-year-old neighbor who lives alone. She had recently undergone knee surgery and had difficulty with daily chores. I voluntarily helped her with grocery shopping, cleaning, and sometimes cooking for a few weeks until she recovered. This experience was rewarding as it allowed me to form a meaningful relationship with Mrs. Johnson, and it was fulfilling to know that my help significantly eased her recovery process.
