In one sentence, what role does sunscreen play in your life?
Sunscreen is paramount in my skincare routine because I use tretinoin to treat my acne. Tretinoin can lead to dry, flaky skin if exposed to sunlight, so I must apply sunscreen every morning.

What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling helps me let out all of the feelings and stress that I have built up during the day and allows me to reflect on my own growth. Reading my past journal entries also gives me a sense of accomplishment by giving me the opportunity to acknowledge my growth.
