What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think brands go wrong with their content strategy without understanding who their audience is. It is important to have great storytelling capacity in order to add relatability to your content that people can agree on. Your content should stimulate conversations to happen.

My favorite marketing campaign is the Dove's Ad makeover campaign where the brand aims to repair harmful narratives in the media and advance positive ones.
