What experience do you have with planning events and maintaining a calendar?
I have hands on experience planning and executing events through my role as a Brand and Activation Intern, where I led activations and managed a team of 10 people. One of my largest projects was organizing an activation at the LAFC game, where we distributed over 1,000 snacks and engaged directly with attendees to create a memorable brand experience. I also supported and executed activations at a Charli XCX concert, which required fast paced coordination and on the ground problem solving. In addition, as a Brand Ambassador for Uber One, I hosted events such as a rooftop party in Ktown, where I organized games, coordinated food and drinks, created content, and ensured a strong guest experience from start to finish. When it comes to calendar management, I regularly plan and maintain monthly content and event calendars using Google Calendar. I prioritize organization, set clear timelines, and coordinate deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
