I would keep it simple, i'm a drin reviewe, i client, not a wine sommelier.

What qualities would you look for in a premium non-alcoholic aperitif like Ghia?
If it's not alcoholic then it must provide a feature people would like to buy it for: it can be the taste of the drink, or the fact that has caffeine in it so it keeps you awake, or zero sugar....Certainly the taste is the most important factor, but there are secondary factors initially more important, for instance the design, which can convince/push people to buy the drink for the first time.
You have a lot of competitors nowadays so you have to bring something unique on the table.
