100% TikTok. There is so many different types of content on there currently. Companies are having genius marketing strategies, primarily humorous ones I have found. They follow the trends and grow a base through that.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is very important to me. As a division one collegiate athlete I need my body in the best shape possible so wellness is something I take very serious. I choose to consume healthy and tasty products that I will enjoy and not regret down the line. Wellness is something that I believe should be enjoyable not just seen as a task.
