how do you plan to track successful and unsuccessful content strategies?
To track successful and unsuccessful content strategies, I would combine quantitative metrics with qualitative insights. I would start by monitoring engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, saves, and watch time on each post. Reach and follower growth would help me measure audience expansion, while click-through rates or link interactions could show how content drives action. I would also analyze patterns in content type, format, hook style, and posting time to see what consistently performs well or underperforms. Qualitative insights, like the tone of comments, audience feedback, and trends in user behavior, would help me understand why certain content resonates. By regularly reviewing this data and comparing high-performing posts to lower-performing ones, I can adjust creative approaches, replicate successful elements, and avoid strategies that do not engage the audience.

What do you think makes a viral video?
For Glamir, creating content that stands out can be done with street interviews and other outside-the-box formats that feel spontaneous and fun. Street interviews let you capture real reactions and opinions about beauty trends, products, or challenges, which creates authentic, relatable content that viewers can connect with. For example, you could ask people on the street, “What’s your go-to makeup hack?” or “Which makeup trend do you secretly love?” and then react, explain, or recreate their answers. Other creative formats include pop-up challenges, beauty experiments, or interactive videos where followers vote on your next look in real time. You could also do “beauty reactions” to viral trends, swapping the usual scripted tutorial for candid commentary and experimentation. These types of videos break the usual mold, feel more engaging, and are highly shareable because they involve real people, humor, and unexpected moments.
