How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
They don't. Every person I know wants to marry rich so they don't have to work, which is bad actually. Gen Z isn't lazy, it's just that no matter how hard you work, you will never get enough money. The economy grows way harder than the wage. They like remote jobs, working from their phone/computer. Making money being smart.

I am fairly comfortable with facebook, I have used it, don;t use it that much tho. Put facebook is making a comeback because of marketplace. I know how it works and go on it more then normal in my generation, because my mom sends me memes on it :D

I actually really like your accounts. The use of the viral memes on tiktok. Your instagram looks really professional and classy. I think maybe you could make a post about why sunscreen is so important, I notice the reason most people don't use sunscreen is because they choose to ignore how bad the sun is. If you get them on your side, you will have more customers.
