What are 2 consumer apps you love and why do you think they’ve gone viral or built strong user habits?
Two consumer apps I love are Instagram and TikTok.
I think they have gone highly viral because many people have used them as a source of information, a way to connect, and display themselves easily. TikTok and Instagram have necessarily become the "Third Place" in people's lives, where we are allowed to meet and collaborate with others from the comfort of our own home.
