Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
There was a time where a client of mine ghosted me and virtually dropped off the face of the planet! I emailed, I called.... nothing worked. But then once I outlined that they weren't in trouble and that I was genuinely concerned about their well-being, they eventually got in contact with me and we were able to walk through their deliverables on time.

Make a to do list and then attack! Whichever tasks are more urgent and brought to me first will get my utmost attention and then we work down the assembly line.
