What's one creative way to engage with new and existing consumers?

You can put a map up and ask people to pinpoint where they would want to take their snack! Food has to power to transport us and if people can imagine these snacks fitting into trips to their favorite places you can gain customers. You could have existing customers use one color pushpin to mark their favorite place they have eaten the snack and have new customers use a different color to mark where they want to be to eat their snack. You could also set up different boxes for different flavors and have people vote on their favorite flavor! People love a good competition and they will want their favorite to win which means they will get engaged which will excite new customers.

What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?

One important consideration for me is how often I would use the new product rather than something I already have and like, especially when the new product is a digital resource. Another important consideration is how streamlined and user friendly a product is because that would probably make me choose the new product in favor of another product.

What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?

Rare Beauty has a great social media presence because they feel very personable. I always feel like they understand their customers and have a very clear brand image. I love that they are true to what matters to them and don’t just jump at trends randomly.
