I am a member of the women's soccer team at Bowdoin College and have to submit feedback to my coaches at the end of every season. Each time, I make sure my feedback is appropriate, constructive, and applicable.

this role will require individuals who are self motivated and self directed. We are working with important deadlines. Please provide an experience where you thrived in such an environment.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, as exemplified in my role as a Bowdoin College tour guide, in which I lead a 55-minute tour for a group of 20. I have to pace my presentation, answer questions on the fly, and deal with difficult visitors.

How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
I would focus the interviews on skin care (what they use, why they use it, and where they get their information on beauty products). I would also focus on customer priorities: price, ingredients, trendiness, packaging, etc.
