What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
As said previously, I think target demographic research is critical to audience engagement and growth. Additionally, I think planning ahead is so valuable even though it sounds so simple.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
I think it is really important to gage who your product is for. Through this I then focus on how these specific audiences want to see content. If it falls under college students, teenagers, etc. I can assess but if it is a demographic I do not belong to then I will seek out individuals who do belong and interview them to gage their thoughts and feelings on content presentation.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
As the start of a project I go over all the goals that are wanting to be met during my time. Through this I mark of key dates that will have a specific post on a specific day, such as an event or product launch. Then I take time and utilize TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest for ideas for other content in between the set dates.
