Overall, the aesthetic and consistency are spot on. The feed is appealing, consistent, but there is also a lot of variety in what content is posted. Your product packaging and brand design are amazing, and I like how that same theme is kept in the posts, such as fonts, colors, etc. The account would benefit from a pattern, so it is more organized.

Which 2 companies do you think are doing a great job engaging their audience?

The companies that stand out to me are Poppi and Skims. These brands are popular and "in" at the moment. They both use collaboration to strengthen their campaigns. For example, Poppi collaborated with some of the most influential people on TikTok this year, and by combining that with their visually appealing products, their audience engagement is impressive. Skims also uses collaboration tactics by partnering with the NBA and other organizations. They are not only reaching their target audience, but are going above and beyond to build a bigger one.

How do you stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing?

I stay updated with social media trends by being an avid user! There is no way to understand what is trending unless you put yourself in a position to be an audience member.

Specifically, I regularly engage with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) to observe what content is gaining traction. I also follow industry blogs, creators, and brand accounts to track emerging strategies. Analyzing viral content and trends in real time allows me to adapt and apply relevant ideas to the accounts I manage. Staying active as a creator and consumer helps me stay ahead of the curve.
