How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
I would create a comfortable atmosphere for participants using age-appropriate language and questions for each person. I would make sure to speak to a diverse group of people to obtain valuable and accurate results.

How do you approach testing and evaluating new skin health products?
When testing new products on my skin I keep my routine the same so I can truly see if the new product improves the results I am used to. I also make sure to stay very diligent with using the product for the recommended times a day.

Can you provide an example of a time when you had to give feedback on a product's effectiveness?
A friend owns a local popcorn shop in my town and often I have tried new formulas or flavors before release and given feedback on how the brand can not only improve the flavor but also packaging and marketing strategies like names.
