What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is making sure you are healthy emotionally, physically, and mentally. Every decision you make, will affect your wellness. I integrate this in my life by taking multiple self care days, exercising, and just doing things I enjoy in general. It calms and resets me so I can be well for the people who love me.

Netflix and Viki are tied for me. I’m learning Korean and they have some of the BEST Korean dramas on their platforms.
