What do you usually look for in a good sauce or condiment?
A few things, first, anything that will last long in the fridge. Many condiments do so, but there are times when you open up a condiment, and it'll start molding very soon after. Another thing is the packaging. Most people don't have lots of room to try new condiments, which stops them from buying more, so if the packaging is small or compact where it can fit anywhere in the fridge would be great. I also love packaging that is eye-catching!

Which of our sauces are you most excited to try — Sriracha, Sesame Oil, or Snack Oil?
All three sound amazing, but I am most excited to try the Sesame Oil because I love to add it to almost all my dishes. Especially as it's the fall time here in Seattle, the Sesame Oil will taste great, adding it to the soup. But the Snack Oil is very intriguing because I've never seen or heard of anything like it.
