Which 2 companies do you think are doing a great job engaging their audience?

Currently, Rare Beauty has an authentic way of engaging with their audience. They follow trends that make sense, they have a strong brand image across all platforms. I enjoy that they joined the substack community and share an inside look into the company, and consumers seem to enjoy the connection. Dunkin also does a great job of engaging their audience through creative and powerful campaigns that get everybody talking, they have always found a way to stay relevant in the industry.
