You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If I didn't like the product I would send a detailed statement explaining why I wouldn't and also share suggestions to improve the product. I would notify the company in hopes that it will assist in creating a product that can be more beneficial.
