One experience that highlights my ability to build strong relationships was during my participation in a Work Readiness Training program. I built strong connections by actively listening to their concerns and suggestions, encouraging teamwork, and fostering a supportive environment. Yes, I have had a few roles in sales where I was responsible for reaching out to clients, promoting key services, and explaining the value they would gain. I helped clients understand and utilize tools effectively while maintaining ongoing communication to gather feedback and address their needs. Additionally, I managed relationships, ensuring customers were satisfied and that their experiences were optimized.
