Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.
My approach is to stay organized, consistent, and relationship-focused. I would track each creator’s outreach status, follow-ups, gifting details, shipment updates, and content deadlines so nothing gets missed. Through my experience with UCLA REACH, brand collaborations, outreach roles, and as an Alo Campus Ambassador, I’ve learned how important it is to communicate clearly, maintain a professional but friendly brand voice, and make each creator feel valued while keeping the overall campaign moving smoothly.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?
I stay up to date with TikTok trends and creator communities by actively following creators, brand ambassadors, trending sounds, content formats, and community conversations across TikTok and Instagram. As an Alo Campus Ambassador, I’ve gained hands-on experience engaging with wellness/lifestyle content, understanding what feels authentic to audiences, and representing a brand in a way that connects with a community. I would bring that same awareness to Companion Candles by monitoring pet, lifestyle, cozy-home, and creator content trends, identifying strong UGC opportunities, and helping build genuine relationships with creators.

What strategies have you used to improve Meta ad ROI?
I improve Meta ad ROI by focusing on clear audience targeting, strong creative, and consistent performance tracking. In my UCLA REACH and Bruin Marketers experience, I’ve supported campaign ideation, brand alignment, audience research, and content planning, which helps me understand how to match messaging to the right audience. For SprinkleBites, I would test different ad visuals, copy, CTAs, and audience segments, then review metrics like click-through rate, conversions, and cost per result to shift budget toward the best-performing ads and improve overall ROI.
