What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?
A brand that I would like to see on HFC would be this new matcha brand called, BUJI Matcha. Partnering with BUJI Matcha would be a perfect way to connect with college students while creating content that feels fun, trendy, and authentic. Students could showcase their favorite BUJI Matcha flavors alongside their outfits of the day, turning it into engaging TikToks, Reels, and photo dumps. At pop-ups, they could also assist in making drinks, adding a hands-on, interactive element that builds community. Matcha is already highly photogenic, which makes it ideal for user-generated content and social sharing. Together, our brands can create events and challenges that highlight style, wellness, and creativity. A collaboration would amplify both brands’ exposure and make BUJI Matcha even more of a lifestyle staple on campus.

I handle difficult customer interactions by remaining calm and listening carefully to understand their concern. I take a moment to think of the best possible approach and solution, then respond in an empathetic and professional way. My goals are to resolve the issue while making sure the customer feels heard.
