How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
First, I identify bugs through exploratory testing, test cases, and cross-browser testing. Before logging each bug, I ensure that I am able to reproduce the bug.
I document bugs with clear titles, severity levels, environment details, step-by-step reproduction instructions, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence like screenshots or logs.
