I have experience as I am a part of a club at Queens called Smith Leadership in Business where throughout the summer we did a lot of remote work using excel and Microsoft teams. I find that it can be as effective as in person work if everyone is willing to work hard through it.

I like to work on my most important tasks first that I would work on until im done with it and then the lesser important issues I would do after, this I find make the last tasks that I need to do easier because my brain is already going full power.
