During a group project for Chemistry at college, one teammate was unresponsive and frustrated with the workload, which made coordinating difficult. We scheduled a time to meet up, listened to their concerns, and proposed a plan that divided tasks more fairly while keeping everyone on track. By addressing the issue calmly and proactively, we completed the project successfully and maintained a positive team dynamic.

When managing multiple clients, I prioritize by deadlines, impact, and communication needs. I create a clear schedule, break down tasks into actionable steps, and I use google calendar and notion to stay organized. I also check in regularly with clients to make sure expectations are aligned, so I can adjust priorities if needed while delivering high-quality content on time.

I’m active in MSC. ALOT, which lets me connect with a lot of students across campus. I connect with students through my friend groups and social media presence on campus. I’m constantly meeting new people, attending campus events, and sharing recommendations with classmates, which keeps me plugged into student life.
