What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I try and post educational or valuable content on both stories and posts on reels. I try and hold Q&As as this helps with audience engagement. I also try and reply to comments left on the post and answer questions in my DMs.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I would set out three days of the week where I post content. Then I write a script about what valuable content I will be putting out on set days, then I film the videos. Depending on how much time I have I can film one video a day up to three videos. In order to know what type of content to post I research FAQs in my niche then try and answer them in my videos.
